4.Make sure your phone is connected to the internet.

Your mobile device must be connected to the internet to delete game account information. Deleting your game account is an irreversible action. 2.4After you confirm the cancellation of your account, we will shut down the game and immediately delete all related local information. 2.5You fully understand and agree that, in order to efficiently utilize server resources and enhance your gaming experience, if you fail to log in and use the game for more than 365 consecutive days and your game account has no remaining balance, we reserve the right to deem that you have abandoned the use of this account and take measures to reclaim the game account. Once the game account is reclaimed, your account, all game data under the account, and related information (including but not limited to character data, levels, virtual items, virtual currency, and other such data) will be permanently deleted. 2.2Prohibited from transfer

The right to use a game user account belongs to the first person who registers it. No user may transfer, in any form (including but not limited to sale, gift, barter, lease, or inheritance), the user account or password. 3.1.1Using technical methods such as reverse engineering, compilation or decompilation, and disassembly to create software for analyzing, modifying, and attacking games, ultimately achieving the goal of cheating.

3.1.2Using any third-party programs or game modification tools (as referred to in the Agreement, “third-party programs” mean all programs that operate independently of the game software and can influence gameplay while the game is running, including but not limited to simulating keyboard and mouse operations, altering the operational environment, modifying data, and any other similar types of programs. If the definition of “third-party programs” stipulated by relevant national laws, regulations, and rules or normative documents issued by government authorities conflicts with the definitions set forth in this Agreement, the provisions of such laws, regulations, departmental rules, or normative documents shall prevail), conducting reverse engineering, compiling, decoding, or modifying the game software—including, but not limited to, modifying any proprietary communication protocols used by the software, or modifying or locking data stored in dynamic random-access memory (RAM).

3.1.3Using abnormal methods to log into the game, employing unauthorized software such as network accelerators or bots, or engaging in other malicious activities that damage service facilities and disrupt the normal order of service;

3.1.4Manufacturing, distributing, or using cheats, packet manipulators, speed-up software, and other types of cheating programs; organizing or inciting others to use such software programs; or selling such software programs for the purpose of obtaining financial gain for oneself or an organization.

3.1.5Any act—regardless of the means or method—aimed at attacking the servers, routers, switches, and other equipment providing game services, with the intent of illegally obtaining or modifying unauthorized data, disrupting normal game services, or achieving other harmful objectives.

3.1.6Profiting for oneself and others in various ways by exploiting technical flaws or vulnerabilities in the game system (including, but not limited to, copying virtual items within the game).

3.2Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities that violate game compliance, including but not limited to:

3.2.1Violating the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;

3.2.2Endangering the country's unity, sovereignty, and territorial integrity;

3.2.3Leaking state secrets, endangering national security, or harming the nation’s honor and interests;

3.2.4Inciting ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination, undermining ethnic unity, or infringing upon ethnic customs and practices;

3.2.5Promoting cults or superstitions;

3.2.6Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;

3.2.7Promoting obscenity, pornography, gambling, illegal lotteries, violence, or inciting crime;

3.2.8Insulting or defaming others, or infringing upon their legitimate rights and interests;

3.2.9Violating social morality;

3.2.10Containing other content prohibited by laws, administrative regulations, and national provisions.

3.3Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities that compromise game security, including but not limited to:

3.3.1Violating the game’s management rules or principles of honesty and good faith in any form, and directly or indirectly infringing upon the rights of any third party—including accounts, characters, virtual currencies, virtual items, virtual props, and other assets—through means such as organizing, instigating, stealing, appropriating, using, picking up, purchasing, or reselling them.

3.3.2Assisting others in infringing upon the rights and interests of third parties in any positive or negative manner;

3.4Users are prohibited from using the game for activities unrelated to the game, including but not limited to:

3.4.1For any illegal purpose and in connection withTamur GameUsing online service systems for purposes unrelated to the provision of services or products—including, but not limited to, buying and selling accounts, characters, virtual currencies, virtual items, and virtual props; promoting gambling, illegal lotteries, and the like;

3.4.2UnapprovedTamur GameAuthorized access or attempts to access and play the game andTamur GameAny account, computer, or network related to the provided internet services;

3.4.4Download, install, or use withoutTamur GameAny other game-derived software that has been authorized for development and officially released;

3.4.5Receive or download any materials transmitted by other game users that the user knows or should know cannot be legally distributed in this manner;

3.4.6Using games andTamur GameEngaging in any activity that could adversely affect the normal operation of the internet with respect to the provided online services, including, but not limited to, transmitting in any manner files containing computer viruses, destructive programs, or any other software or programs that could adversely affect the normal operation of others’ computers or the internet itself.

3.4.7Using games andTamur GameProviding related online services that transmit any harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise illegal information or materials;

3.5Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities that infringe upon the game’s intellectual property rights, including but not limited to:

3.5.1Copying, reproducing, distributing, and displaying online all or part of the game’s programs, user manuals, and other textual, graphic, audio, and video materials;

3.5.2Publicly display and play all or part of the game;

3.5.3Renting games to others;

3.5.4Any modification activities involving the game’s programs, graphics, animations, and music, such as restoration, decompilation, disassembly, editing, translation, and adaptation;

3.5.5Modifying or covering up game titles, company logos, copyright information, and other content on game programs, images, animations, packaging, and manuals;

3.5.6Users shall not engage in any technical activities unrelated to the fair use of the game, such as reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly.

3.5.7Using games for commercial purposes;

3.5.8Other acts that violate the Copyright Law, the Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software, and relevant regulations.

4.Information gathering

Any transactions involving services or goods purchased through Tamur Game or websites linked to it are solely between the user and the provider of those goods or services and are independent of Tamur Game. Tamur Game assumes no legal liability arising from any transaction between the user and the provider of such goods or services.

6.Change and Termination

6.1The user acceptsTamur GameIf improper conduct is committed during the provision of services,Tamur GameWe reserve the right to terminate services provided to users if the user engages in improper conduct, including but not limited to breach of contract, violation of laws, violation of public order and good morals, or infringement.Tamur Gameor any rights of third parties, etc.

6.2When any of the following circumstances occur,Tamur GameHas the right to stop or interrupt the game and shall not be liable to anyone for any resulting consequences:

6.2.1ForTamur GamePerform necessary maintenance and construction on the network equipment;

6.2.2Interruptions, temporary unavailability, delays, or disruptions caused by failures, malfunctions, or human operational errors in the network systems and hardware/software equipment of other cooperating vendors or related telecommunications operators, or due to unauthorized access by others.Tamur GameTampering with or forging/altering system data, resulting in the suspension or interruption of the game;

6.2.3Due toTamur GameWhen the network communication equipment being used stops functioning for any reason and is unable to provide service;

6.2.4Due to force majeure circumstancesTamur GameUnable to provide game services;

6.2.5In cases where the charging item involves granting users the right to use virtual items or providing other value-added services, Tamur Game reserves the right to take measures to revoke the user’s right to use the aforementioned virtual items or to discontinue the provision of value-added services if the validity period of such virtual items or the effective service period of the value-added services has been exceeded—regardless of whether the user has actually used or enjoyed the services—or if the number of times the virtual items can be used or the value-added services provided has been exceeded. The specific pricing standards for the use rights of the aforementioned virtual items and for the value-added services shall be announced by Tamur Game on its relevant website. Users are obligated to carefully read and confirm their understanding of these standards before making a selection. Once a user chooses to purchase the right to use a particular virtual item or to subscribe to a related service, it shall be deemed that the user has fully understood the specific pricing standards for the use rights of the virtual item or for the relevant value-added service and has accepted these prices. In particular, the user hereby agrees that any virtual items and services labeled with descriptions such as “permanent,” “long-term,” or “continuous” shall not be interpreted, explained, or inferred as having an indefinite or perpetual duration. Rather, such items and services shall be understood to have an expiration date corresponding to the day on which Tamur Game announces the cessation of game operations. Under these circumstances, Tamur Game shall have no obligation whatsoever to continue providing any subsequent related services, and the user shall have no right to demand that Tamur Game maintain or enhance such items or services, nor shall the user have any right to claim compensation or damages from Tamur Game in connection with these services or items.

6.2.6Changes to fee-charging items are a normal business practice, and users may not demand termination of the agreement solely because of such changes. After Tamur Game modifies its fee-charging items, if a user has prepaid an amount for a particular item but has not yet fully consumed it, Tamur Game reserves the right to offer a conversion method to transform the aforementioned amount into an equivalent value that can be used to pay for other fee-charging items. Under these circumstances, the user may not request termination of the agreement or demand a refund of the unspent portion of the prepaid amount. For example, suppose Tamur Game previously charged fees based on the amount of game time used by the user, and the user had already prepaid RMB 35 to purchase 120 hours of game time. After the user had actually used 60 hours, Tamur Game switched its fee-charging model to charging for the right to use virtual items or for access to other value-added services. In this case, Tamur Game is entitled to convert the remaining balance—RMB 17.5 corresponding to the 60 unused hours—into the right to purchase virtual items of equivalent value or into credits for accessing other value-added services. The user shall have no objection to this conversion.

6.4The user understands and agrees that the game may inevitably be fully discontinued at some point.
